What was your proudest work related achievement?
My personal motivation is to create innovative solutions, participate in implementation and sustain the achievements.At Microsoft Hungary I initiated an event series for women, called Opening Windows. The program aim was to support gender diversity in a very specific industry, like IT. We created a platform and forum for professionals to meet, share challenges, collect inspiration from others experience, also bring closer women to technology. We were able to increase the % of women at the company, which impacted on positive way the work atmosphere, we created well balanced collaboration, also directly supported the company strategical goal.

What’s the most unusual place you have visited? Hyderabad India, seeing Camel, Water Buffalo etc.. on same street with small 3 wheel Taxis, carts and expensive automobiles.
