Our first series of podcasts was very successful with LinkedIn views exceeding 1000 most weeks.
The idea for The Big Change started as a vehicle to connect other O2C managers whose working environment had been impacted by the first wave of Covid 19 back in March and April 2020.
Our interviewees were open and honest revealing a great deal professionally and emotionally.
It was important to connect others and let them know they weren’t alone.
As the series evolved, we went in search of a wider range of subjects and experiences.

When it came to planning series 2, I wanted to do something different and explore personal drive and success. Real success is represented by the value, benefit, joy and happiness it gives to the individual and to others.
One of the great pleasures of my job is meeting and working with a wide range of incredibly talented people. All of the characters In Series 2 are leaders and achievers in their field. We explore their motivation to start and continue on their chosen path.
I have known all of the participants in series 2 for a number of years building trust, respect and admiration for them personally as well as professionally.
Most are closely connected to Callisto Grand or the Credit Matters annual conference, many of you will have met them too.
We post series 2 to YouTube and social networks every Friday, each has a great story to share and without doubt there will be a connection for you.
It may be just one phrase, but I am certain it will stay with you for a long time.
