“As an end-to-end provider for credit management, collections, disputes and cash application, Credit Matters covers the most relevant issues for our target group. The agenda was packed with value-adding topics around the credit to cash process. Participants were experienced professionals from the area so the conference on the whole provided great networking opportunities, where we could learn and exchange experiences with experts, peers and customers. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the dynamics between people.

The focus on the Central and Eastern European region is also very important for us as it is a hub for shared services and capability centers (SSC). There are 1,000+ companies providing financial services for their global organization from CEE countries. The numbers of invoices processed and dispute cases resolved in each organization exceeds 10-100,000 per month. Many conference attendees have similar challenges, for example moving from manual work to process automation in credit, collections, risk and dispute management. Serrala provides solutions that help SSC’s to operate more cost effectively and efficiently. The event allowed us to demonstrate how we can support organizations and helped us leverage business opportunities in the CEE region.”
