  • Where are you from?
    I am was born in New Zealand, moved to London in 1999 and then to Prague 2007. 
  • How did you get into credit?
    I use to be part of my job as a sales rep in New Zealand, then when I moved to the UK my friend refereed me for a job with her company as a collector that was that, never looked back.
  • How long have you worked in credit?
    19 years now
  • Where have you worked?
    Specifically in collections I have worked for Lloyds Register of Shipping, Hudson Global & Monster Worldwide all in London, then Monster and Medtronic in Prague.
  • What was your proudest professional achievement?
    Setting up order to cash team/process in Prague for the EU SSC.
  • What are your professional ambitions for 2016?
    To transition in the remaining countries collections to the Prague SSC for Medtronic, steer through system migration Covidien into Medtronic, stabilize and then work on efficiencies.
  • If ACCEE could do one thing for you, what would it be?
    Serious shortage of collectors on the market at the moment, we need candidates.
  • What are your hobbies?
    Gym, running, hiking, Mt Biking, touch rugby.
  • What was the last book you read and last movie seen at cinema?
    The Potato factory by Bryce Courtenay and film was World’s Fastest Indian.
  • One interesting thing about you?
    I love my rugby, if there is a game on TV I will be watching.
